Annual General Meeting

Members: Instructions for virtual participation via Zoom will be emailed to members twice - once on the Friday prior to the meeting, and again on Monday. Instructions are also available by logging into our site and checking the "members-only" version of this event.

Visitors: Guests are welcome to participate in this hybrid meeting at no charge. Instructions for virtual participation via Zoom will be emailed to non-society members who fill out a registration form prior to the meeting start time by clicking on the "Register" button.

ABOUT IN-PERSON PARTICIPATION
Members and visitors are welcome to participate in-person at the McConaghy Centre.

• Doors to the auditorium open at 7 pm 
• The meeting will begin promptly at 7:30 pm
• AGM activities are being conducted in-person 
• Coffee, tea, water available to attendees who supply their own mug or cup
• Masks are not required, but are encouraged
